Aaron’s passion is to Unlock the True Potential of leaders and teams. Aaron's background in emergency management and nonprofits bring a unique perspective to overcoming everyday disasters and unlocking the leaders on your team. After watching partner organizations struggle to maintain effective leadership, Aaron went on a quest to maximize the people potential of teams through developing leaders who fight FOR each other.

Aaron is the author of The New Generation Leader and host of The New Generation Leader podcast. He is a graduate of the University of Richmond and holds a Master of Divinity. He has consulted and spoken with government agencies, healthcare, nonprofits, and higher education institutions.

Aaron lives in Richmond with his wife and 2 daughters. When he's not working with corporate teams, you can usually find him on the softball field coaching his kids or on a weekend road trip with his family.
