Kathy Gee
Kathy Gee has been in management for over 10 years with a passion for problem-solving, customer engagement, and building out high-performing teams. With experience in managing teams in different developmental stages, Kathy has seen first-hand the importance of how communication and connection are critical to team success. Her experience ranges from small start-ups to large enterprises with a focus on strategic relationship building and creating operational efficiency. She embraces the challenge of finding the answers amongst the chaos.
Being born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area to immigrant parents, Kathy recognizes how different cultural backgrounds can play an influential role in having access to development opportunities. She believes everyone has the potential to be an influential leader, regardless of title, if they are given the opportunity to learn and they are willing to do the work. She is personally driven to discover each person’s strengths and be a catalyst to help them achieve their professional goals. When you can step back and look at a situation objectively as a coach, there’s a story and opportunity for growth waiting to be found.
Certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP), Kathy focuses on business transformation and is leveraging her coaching skills to work across functional teams, building relationships with a range of stakeholders every day and delivering results. Kathy also volunteers time in the community by supporting various non-profits through mentorship, facilitating educational sessions, and driving projects.
