Join motivated Asian employees like yourself that desire to be promoted. This 4 month leadership journey is curated specifically to empower your communication and be recognized for your hard work. Experienced coaches will mentor you through this transformation process that has enabled many Asian leaders get traction in their career and achieve goals.
We believe EVERYONE should be able to get access to “Executive Level Leadership” programs, regardless of title. Similar programs cost $1,000’s of dollars more, but pricing leads to inaccessibility and exclusivity. Our mission to elevate the Asian leadership landscape compels us to offer at a rate that is affordable.

No meetings the week of Thanksgiving (11/25) and Christmas (12/23)
