This 4 month intensive leadership journey is curated specifically to empower your communication and be recognized for your hard work. Experienced coaches will mentor you through this transformation process that has enabled many Asian leaders get traction in their career and achieve goals.

B-SPOKE believes EVERYONE should be able to get access to “Executive Level Leadership” programs, regardless of title. Similar programs for executives cost $1,000’s of dollars more, but pricing leads to inaccessibility and exclusivity. Our mission to elevate the Asian leadership landscape compels us to offer at a rate that is affordable for anyone that wants to upscale their career.

  • ZOOM Meeting based, with high interaction and engaging sessions

  • 4 Month Transformation Program

    • First class July 1 - 7

    • Last class November 1 - 7

  • $149/month, cancel anytime

  • The average minimum weekly commitment is about 2 hours

    • 1.5 hours for meetings / 0.5 hour videos

  • Multiple weekly class options* available to fit your schedule - choose one, repeat, or mix and match to accommodate your needs.

    • Mondays: 3:00pm - 4:00pm (PST)

    • Tuesdays: 11:00am - 12:00pm (PST)

    • Thursdays: 12:00pm - 1:00pm (PST)

    • Thursdays: 5:00pm - 6:00pm (PST)

    • Fridays: 8:00am - 9:00am (PST)

  • Asian Leadership Cohort Forum Sessions:

    • These sessions are a forum in additional to the classes, an opportunity to process through the leadership material through the Asian cultural perspective and help you breakthrough your cultural barriers.

    • Every other Tuesday, July 5 - November 10
