CORE Group Coaching sessions are designed for you to gain success using skills learned in the module. A professional coach will work through participant leadership challenges by applying the module lesson into transformative results. The goal here is to successfully apply the information.
Step 4: Schedule Your 30 Minute 1:1 Coaching
1:1 Coaching sessions are designed for you to find opportunities to use the skills directly in a current situation at work so you will have greater control and empowerment in your job. These can be scheduled ahead of time on a monthly basis. Recommended for make-up sessions, also includes personal application opportunities.
